Multi piece construction, insignia in silvered and gilt bronze with white enamels, mounted to a five pointed silver star base with multiple emanating rays, hallmarked with a rooster surrounded by a "B" and "II" (900 silver), maker marked "IKOM" and marked "900" (silver) on the reverse,
